Terms and Conditions

  1. All payments made to Aavashyak Technologies LLP shall be on a 100% advance basis unless otherwise agreed upon by Aavashyak Technologies LLP in writing. No Refunds.
  2. In the event you have credit terms with Aavashyak Technologies LLP, interest at 18% shall immediately be applicable on any delayed payment(s)/late payment(s) beyond the agreed credit term i.e. 30 days, 60 days etc.
  3. Each customer/client/third party service provider/affiliate is solely responsible for payment of all its taxes, legal compliances, and statutory registrations and reporting, as applicable.
  4. You acknowledge and accept that Aavashyak Technologies LLP uses third parties for some of the services offered by Aavashyak Technologies LLP and that Aavashyak Technologies LLP is only a facilitator for these services. As such Aavashyak Technologies LLP will strive to resolve any query, issue by either putting you in touch with the service provider and/or coordinate with the service provider on your behalf.
  5. Any query pertaining to the pathology services, RT- PCR test, Rapid Antigen test and/or the Rapid PCR test (“Lab– Services”) are to be directed to [email protected]. We will forward them to the concerned third-party provider if the same is applicable to them.
  6. You consent and give access to your test results, data and any other information provided by you to Aavashyak Technologies LLP and/or their third-party service providers and/or affiliates for the conducting the aforementioned Lab-Services/test and/or other services.
  7. You agree to read the terms and conditions applicable for the test conducted and/or Lab- Services provided our affiliates/third-party service providers that are provided on their respective websites prior to our affiliates/ third party service providers conducting the actual Service and therefore accept them.
  8. You agree, accept and understand that RT PCR and Rapid Antigen Test, Lab-Services are governed by the guidelines set by the Government of India, ICMR and the respective State Governments.
  9. You are required to request for and make yourself aware of the terms and conditions, if any, that Aavashyak Technologies LLP has for its other services viz. Food and Catering service, Waste Management service, Health and Safety service, Insurance service, Aviation service etc. by contacting us at +91 8356997335 and/or emailing us at [email protected], if not available on our website. You are also required to check the terms and conditions, if any, that are available on the websites of our affiliates/ third party service provider/s prior to availing our Lab- Services/services.
  10. You acknowledge that in the event of any dispute in respect of all the aforementioned Lab- Services/ services the decision of Aavashyak Technologies LLP shall be final and binding.
  11. Aavashyak Technologies LLP’s liability shall not exceed 20% of the cost of the Lab-Services and/or other services provided by Aavashyak Technologies LLP and/or through Aavashyak Technologies LLP or the cost of such service, whichever is lesser.
  12. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India and by availing our Lab-Services and/or other service/s, you accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such court/s.
